Royal Credit Union is seeking a Technical Writer Intern to create, edit, and publish user documentation using MadCap Flare and Microsoft Word. You must be enrolled at a university, bondable, and commit to a 12‑month internship while working onsite at the Corporate Center in Eau Claire, WI.

Qualifications

• Must be enrolled at a university or technical college throughout the internship.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word; familiarity with other Office tools like PowerPoint, Outlook, and Excel.

Responsibilities

• Write, edit, and publish documentation for assigned projects using Royal’s style guide and tools like MadCap Flare and Microsoft Word.
• Collaborate with subject matter experts and internal teams to gather information and ensure accuracy.
• Maintain content using content management systems and update as needed.
