Job summary

BTS Software Solutions seeks a Technical Writer II with an active TS/SCI with POLY to join our Annapolis Junction, MD team. You will prepare, review, and maintain technical documentation across software and systems engineering, operations, testing, and user guides.

You will collaborate with developers and engineers to produce installation guides, end-user manuals, and training materials, producing clear technical publications for a wide audience, including DoD stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Six years of experience as a Technical Writer in programs of similar scope.
• Bachelor’s degree in a technical discipline from an accredited college.
• Four years of additional TW experience may substitute for a bachelor’s degree.

Responsibilities

• Writes and edits technical documentation for software and systems.
• Prepares installation, configuration, and how-to documentation.
• Produces implementation guides and end-user manuals for capabilities.
