Qualifications

• Bachelors degree or higher in a writing, communications, IT, or related field.
• 2+ years of experience creating technical documentation for IT programs or services.
• Experience developing SOPs, user guides, training materials, process documentation, and executive communications.
• Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Ability to translate technical concepts for technical and non-technical audiences.
• Experience supporting documentation activities within transformation, enablement, or change management initiatives.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio).
• Attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Develop, edit, review, and maintain technical and programmatic documentation for IT programs and services.
• Create clear, concise, user-friendly SOPs, work instructions, user guides, training materials, and reports.
• Support transformation strategy and change initiatives through targeted communication and documentation products.
• Collaborate with program managers, engineers, and stakeholders to gather and translate technical information.
• Ensure all documentation complies with standards, branding, and quality expectations.
• Maintain document repositories, version control, and records management processes.
• Produce executive briefings, presentations, white papers, and stakeholder communications.
