Job summary

Wyetech, LLC is seeking a Technical Writer Level 2 to provide documentation, process, configuration management, and training support for the HCSO/HIOC program. You will author and revise software and systems engineering documents, installation guides, and end-user manuals.

The role requires six years of experience, proficiency with Microsoft Office, Jira, Confluence, and the ability to collaborate with engineers and subject matter experts to produce clear, defense-focused publications for DoD

Qualifications

• Six years of experience as a Technical Writer in programs of similar scope.
• Proficiency with Microsoft PowerPoint, Word, Excel, and SharePoint, plus Jira and Confluence.
• Experience preparing, reviewing, revising, and maintaining technical documentation.
• Ability to support HCSO/HIOC documentation, process and system documentation, configuration management, training.
• Ability to support HCSO business process training and foreign partner system training courses.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and maintain operations documentation, user guides, manuals, and technical publications.
• Work with developers to produce documentation and training materials.
• Research technical subject matter and communicate to a broad audience.
• Maintain a current internal documentation library.
• Produce defense acquisition documentation and end-user manuals for DoD systems.
