Job summary

ProSync Technology Group, LLC is seeking a Level 2 Technical Writer to prepare, review, revise, and maintain technical documents covering software and systems engineering operations, testing, and user documentation. You will write and edit documentation for hardware and software, create installation and configuration guides, and develop end-user manuals.

You will work with engineers and subject matter experts to produce clear, accurate materials.

Qualifications

• Experience writing technical docs for software and hardware.
• Ability to gather technical information and produce manuals.
• Maintain a current internal documentation library.
• Coordinate with engineers and SMEs to produce high quality publications.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and maintain operations documentation, user guides and manuals and technical publications.
• Write installation and configuration guides and end-user documentation.
• Create code documentation for software and systems and training materials.
• Work with developers to ensure documentation accuracy and usability.
• Interpret engineering drawings and maintenance procedures for clear communications.
• Produce defense acquisition and other publication materials per program requirements.
