Job summary

SAS is seeking an experienced documentation specialist to create and maintain advanced AI and analytics product documentation. You will translate complex configurations into clear guides and examples that support customers and internal teams.

You will collaborate with product, development, and support teams, applying SAS writing guidelines and AI-assisted techniques to deliver accurate, usable content across platforms.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in communications or related field; 5 years of experience.
• Proficiency in Markdown, DITA, Git, and Agile methodologies.
• Experience using AI for documentation and strong project management.
