  • Ability to coordinate with subject matter experts for technical accuracy.
  • Proficiency with document review, routing, publishing, and approvals.
  • Ability to manage document versions and status information in a workflow system.

Responsibilities

  • Prepare, edit, and maintain technical documents, manuals, guides, and training materials.
  • Review and update content to ensure accuracy and consistency with standards.
  • Organize and format technical information for publication and distribution.
  • Coordinate document review, routing, and required approvals.
  • Interface with the Document Workflow System to support sign-offs.
  • Track document status through review and approval processes.
  • Collaborate with SMEs to validate technical information.
  • Prepare documentation for Government review and in MS Office or PDF formats.
