Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree is required.
• Minimum 5 years of technical writing and desktop publishing experience.
• Ability to complete USCP background check and fingerprinting.
• Authorization to work in the United States without sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, edit, and maintain technical documents such as manuals, guides, training materials, and reports.
• Collaborate with subject matter experts to ensure documents are accurate and aligned with standards.
• Support document review, updates, and publishing processes.
• Interface with the Document Workflow System to ensure proper routing, review, and sign-offs.
