Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree required.
  • At least 5 years of technical writing and desktop publishing experience.
  • Ability to coordinate with subject matter experts to ensure accuracy and consistency.
  • Experience managing document review, revision, routing, publishing, and approvals.
  • Ability to work within a Document Workflow System and maintain document versions and status information.

Responsibilities

  • Prepare, edit, and maintain technical documents, including manuals, guides, training materials, reports, and procedural documentation.
  • Review and update technical content to keep documents accurate, consistent, and aligned with organizational standards.
  • Organize and format technical information for clear, usable publication and distribution.
  • Support document publishing processes and preparation of final review-ready materials.
  • Help revise internal procedural documentation as assigned.
