Job summary

Steampunk is seeking a Technical Writer to develop and codify business processes and provide documentation for a Federal Government client in Ashburn, VA. You’ll write user-friendly SOPs, CONOPS, test plans, and training docs, working with diverse teams to standardize methods and improve efficiency.

You will translate complex technical concepts into clear, accessible material while maintaining confidentiality and sound judgment in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of technical writing experience.
• Ability to capture requirements and translate into technical documentation.
• Advanced organizational skills and ability to handle multiple assignments.
• Strong written and oral communication skills.
• Microsoft Office proficiency.
