Responsibilities

• Develop comprehensive documentation for systems delivered to customers.
• Research, outline, write, and edit content with input from multiple departments.
• Gather information from subject-matter experts to create procedure manuals, specs, and process docs.
• Collaborate with development and support leads to identify repositories and optimize data storage.
• Create and maintain information architecture templates compliant with standards and data migration needs.
• Develop content in alternative media forms with a consistent voice across docs.
