Responsibilities

• Develop comprehensive documentation pertaining to the systems delivered to customers.
• Research, outline, write, and edit content with input from multiple departments.
• Gather information from subject-matter experts to write manuals, specifications, and processes.
• Collaborate with development and support teams to organize repositories and data storage.
• Create and maintain information architecture templates for easy data migration.
• Develop content in alternative media forms with a consistent voice across documentation.
