Job summary

Anduril Industries is seeking a Technical Writer to partner with our product and operations teams to deliver accurate, updated, and easy-to-understand documentation for Anduril products. You will organize engineering and program delivery documentation and ensure compliance with MIL-STD-40051D and S1000D where applicable.

You’ll work with engineers, operations, and subject matter experts to capture user workflows, create manuals, guides, release notes, and templates, and deliver clear artifacts

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience producing technical documentation.
• Experience writing user-facing documentation.
• Ability to read and interpret engineering docs.
• Experience with multiple formats (Word, XML, etc.).
• Eligible to obtain and maintain a security clearance.
• Willing to relocate onsite to Ashville, OH.

Responsibilities

• Generate, review, and edit user-focused documentation with input from engineers and operations.
• Prioritize tasks to support documentation efforts and guide decisions using data and stakeholder input.
• Communicate risks and align expectations with leadership.
• Contribute to a living documentation culture across product development teams.
