Serpa Packaging Solutions LLC, part of ProMach, seeks a Technical Writer to join our Mechanical Engineering team. You will create, maintain, and coordinate technical documentation for manuals, procedures, and spare parts, translating complex mechanical and electrical information into clear instructions.

Serpa Packaging Solutions is looking for a new Technical Writer to join our Mechanical Engineering team. In this role, you will be responsible for creating, maintaining, and coordinating technical documentation for the Mechanical Engineering department.

Requirements

• Develop and maintain technical manuals, procedures, changeover sheets, and spare parts documentation.
• Translate mechanical and electrical information into clear, user-friendly instructions.
• Work closely with engineers, mechanics, and electricians to gather accurate technical information.
• Manage multiple documentation projects while meeting deadlines and maintaining attention to detail.
• Ensure documentation meets company standards, customer requirements, and quality expectations.

Desired Requirements

• Proficient in Microsoft Office, with particular expertise in Word and Excel.
• Experience with AutoCAD is required and familiarity with SolidWorks is highly desirable.
• The ideal candidate can effectively gather information from subject matter experts to develop accurate and user-friendly documentation.
• Success in this role requires attention to detail, organizational skills and the ability to proactively track down information and follow projects through to completion.

Base Salary Range: $20.00 - $25.00
