Job summary

Indotronix International Corporation is seeking a Senior IT Business Analyst / Technical Writer to support IT operations, documentation recovery, process improvement, and technology initiatives.

The role requires 10+ years of BA/technical writing experience, strong requirements elicitation, and advanced Microsoft 365 and Visio skills. You will collaborate with IT teams across infrastructure, cybersecurity, and service delivery to produce clear, structured documentation.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of Business Analysis, Technical Writing, or IT documentation experience.
• Strong requirements elicitation, stakeholder management, facilitation, and documentation skills.
• Advanced Microsoft 365 skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, SharePoint).
• Strong Microsoft Visio experience for process mapping.
• Experience working with technical SMEs and complex IT environments.
• Strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills.
• Preferred: Healthcare/Medicaid, government, or regulated environments.
• Preferred: cybersecurity, disaster recovery, or ITSM documentation experience.
• ITIL, NIST, CIS, CBAP, CCBA, PMI-PBA, or PMP.

Responsibilities

• Lead stakeholder interviews, discovery sessions, workshops, and requirements gathering.
• Analyze and document IT/business processes, workflows, dependencies, and operational procedures.
• Create SOPs, runbooks, desk aides, knowledge articles, system/recovery documentation, process maps, and workflow diagrams.
• Translate technical SME knowledge into clear, structured documentation.
• Support IT operations, incident/issue management, vendor coordination, release management, and change management.
• Identify documentation gaps, process risks, and opportunities for standardization.
• Manage documentation priorities, deliverables, and multiple workstreams.
• Work with technical teams across infrastructure, applications, cybersecurity, and IT service delivery.
