Job summary

Qualifications

• 5+ years of technical writing or documentation experience in technology, service operations, or enterprise applications.

Responsibilities

• Develop SOPs, process guides, work instructions, knowledge articles, training references, andtechnical documentation.
• Document Salesforce Service Cloud workflows, applications, integrations, and operationalprocesses.
• Partner with Service Operations, PMO, Application Development, Training, and subject matterexperts to capture requirements and processes.
• Maintain documentation standards, templates, version control, and content governance.
• Convert complex technical information into concise, user-friendly content.
• Review and update documentation as systems and processes change.
• Support knowledge management and documentation readiness for new programs and systemreleases.

Job Summary:

The Technical Writer develops and maintains clear, standardized documentation supporting global Service Operations, Salesforce Service Cloud, service processes, applications, and operational programs. This role partners with technical and business teams to translate complex processes into usable documentation for internal teams, partners, and other stakeholders.

Salary Range

$100,000 - $125,000

The salary offered will depend on several factors, including your location, level, education, training, specific skills, years of experience, and comparison to other employees already in this role. In addition to a comprehensive benefits package, candidates may be eligible for other forms of compensation, such as participation in bonus and equity award programs.
