  • Incorporate feedback from Field Service, Training, customers, and partners to continuously improve documentation quality and usability.
  • Support the development of customer training proposals, scopes of work, course descriptions, and reusable technical content.
  • Contribute to technical and learning-related content that communicates the organization's programs, expertise, and achievements.
  • Recommend and help improve the tools, templates, processes, and publishing methods used to create and deliver technical documentation.
Qualifications:

  • Five or more years of experience developing technical documentation, preferably for servers, data-center products, computer hardware, electronics, or other complex technical systems.
  • Demonstrated experience writing service manuals, repair procedures, installation guides, troubleshooting guides, work instructions, or similar technical content.
  • Strong understanding of computer systems, server hardware, components, networking, storage, or data-center technologies.
