FITS LLC in Juncos, Puerto Rico is seeking a Technical Writer for manufacturing-related documentation. You will draft, review, and finalize SOPs, maintain an organized document library with version control, and tailor documents for diverse audiences and regional needs.

The role requires a Bachelor’s (or Associate) in engineering or related fields and bilingual Spanish/English communication. Collaboration with SMEs and cross-functional teams is essential to deliver clear, compliant guidance.

Responsibilities

• Draft, review, and finalize SOPs for facilities-related processes following templates and standards.
• Maintain an organized document library with version control and easy retrieval.
• Develop tailored document versions for different audiences, use cases, regional requirements, and cross-functional teams.
• Ensure consistency in tone, terminology, and format across all documentation.
• Collaborate with SMEs to capture accurate process information.
