Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent of two years of experience in regulated industries.
• Bilingual: Spanish and English
• Good organizational and problem-solving skills
• Shift: Administrative and according to business needs
• Experience in Manufacturing and Design Process
• Documentation, Compliance and applicable regulations
• Effectively communicate cross-functionally to resolve Quality issues

Responsibilities

• Design, communicate, and implement an operational plan for completing the project.
• Monitor progress and performance against the project plan.
• Take action to resolve operational problems and minimize delays.
• Identify, develop, and gather the resources to complete the project.
• Prepare engineering designs, work specifications, schedules, budgets and forecasts; select materials, equipment, staff, and contractors.
• Liaise with engineering, drafting, and technical to secure resources and contributions.
• Conduct meetings and prepare reports to communicate project status.
• Set priorities, allocate tasks, and coordinate staff to meet targets and milestones.
• Run studies and validations on the line; lead statistical analysis for projects.
• Consider risk mitigation and review lessons from peers; anticipate issues before they arise.
• Generate and approve qualification and validation protocols and reports with minimal oversight.

• Conduct meetings and prepare reports to communicate the status of the project.
• Set priorities, allocate tasks, and coordinate project staff to meet project targets and milestones.
• Runs studies and validations on the line as needed. Leads statistical analysis for projects.
• Considers risk mitigation in planning based on lessons learned or from peers. Reviews previous similar projects and activities as part of the decision-making process. Anticipates potential situations that may impact projects timeline and resolves them before they become an issue.
• Can generate and approve qualification and validation protocols and reports with minimal oversight.
