We’re looking for a self-motivated Technical Writer to join our team in Fort Lauderdale, FL (remote/hybrid option available). In this role, you’ll take full ownership of Alpine’s online Help Documentation platform, translating complex product functionality into clear, concise, and engaging content. You’ll work closely with Product Owners, developers, QA, and customer-facing teams to ensure every feature is thoroughly documented and easy to use.

**Key Responsibilities:**

• Manage Alpine’s online Help platform across multiple software products.
• Translate complex technical processes into user-friendly documentation.
• Monitor product Jira boards to identify documentation needs.
• Collaborate with Product Owners and subject-matter experts for accurate content.
• Maintain consistent publishing and version control.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to align documentation with release schedules.

**Qualifications:**

• Experience with Alpine truss design software or similar is strongly preferred.
• Excellent writing, editing, and organizational skills.
• 3+ years of technical writing experience, preferably in software or industrial products.
• Proven experience creating user manuals, online help, or knowledge bases.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, agile environment.
