Position: EXAM WRITER - Remote

Your day-to-day responsibilities

• Develop and administer NRC exam questions for LOIT and LOCT programs, ensuring compliance with current regulatory requirements and alignment with ILT program content.
• Create Job Performance Measures (JPMs) supporting regulatory standards and program design.
• Design Simulator Exam Scenarios consistent with regulatory and program guidelines.
• Manage and oversee LOIT and LOCT program exams, simulator evaluations, and related assessments according to site governance.
• Collaborate with NRC examiners during exam validation processes to secure valid and approved exams.
• Maintain exam security to prevent compromises to exam materials.
• Support students by administering the QuizzTBot application.

Who You Are

Required: BS in Engineering, minimum 8 years applicable nuclear operations experience (10+ preferred), with demonstrated leadership and multi-disciplinary interfacing skills. Experience in product development, modeling & simulation, software, I&C, or programming is a plus.
