Key Responsibilities

• Own assigned projects from kickoff through final delivery
• Coach newer mid-level teammates through their first messy general project
• Sense when a Huntington Beach relationship needs a call, not an email
• Keep Oliver Wyman leadership honest with numbers they can act on
• Handle confidential information with discretion and sound judgment
• Support daily operations at our Huntington Beach site and keep workflows moving
• Turn ambiguous Stakeholder Management requests into shipped, measurable outcomes
• Find the relentlessly-kind workaround when the official path is blocked

What You'll Bring

• A point of view, held loosely and defended well
• Hands-on proficiency with Presentation Skills, ideally paired with Prioritization
• Comfort presenting to a CA-wide audience without a script
• Around 5+ years of hands-on experience in a general role

Oliver Wyman is a scrappy-but-steady company in Huntington Beach, CA that turns complex general problems into simple, elegant solutions. At Oliver Wyman we hire people we can trust with real decisions and then give them the room to make them.

The number is $93,000 - $126,000; the rest is mentorship, health coverage, paid growth time, and a full-time arrangement that respects your evenings.
