Job summary

OMNI STAFFING is seeking a Technical Writer for a fast-growing manufacturing environment in Goshen, IN. You will own documentation from the ground up, collaborating with engineering and product teams to create clear manuals and guides.

The role requires 2+ years of technical writing experience, a technical degree or equivalent, and proficiency with InDesign, MS Word, and PowerPoint. You will develop installation guides, warranty docs, and parts catalogs for our products.

Qualifications

• 2+ years' experience as a Technical Writer on programs of similar scope/complexity.
• Bachelor's degree in a technical discipline (or 4 years of additional technical writing experience in lieu of degree).
• Proficiency with InDesign, MS Word, and PowerPoint.
• Experience producing owner's manuals, installation/repair guides, warranty documentation, and parts catalogs.
• Ability to translate engineering drawings/documentation and SME input into clear written content.
• Experience managing Product Change Notices and document revision control.
• Working knowledge of RV construction/components (preferred, not required).
