Job summary

FiberLight, LLC is seeking a Technical Consultant to act as the primary technical liaison between Sales, Solutions Architecture, Engineering, Construction, Provisioning, and Service Delivery after contract execution.

You will ensure seamless transitions from sales to implementation by validating the technical integrity of each order, reviewing BOMs, and coordinating with Engineering to mitigate risks and delays.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Telecommunications, CS, or related field.
• 8+ years in telecom engineering, network design, service delivery, or solutions architecture.
• Experience reviewing technical designs and BOMs.
• Strong knowledge of metro/long-haul fiber, DWDM, Ethernet, and IP networking.

Responsibilities

• Sales to Operations Technical Validation.
• Bridge between Sales and Service Delivery after contract execution.
• Validate all Closed Won opportunities prior to engineering release.
• Ensure solutions align with FiberLight products and standards.
• Verify that technical documentation is complete before work begins.
• Identify and resolve design discrepancies with Engineering.
