• The ability to travel among local offices approximately at least 10% of the time.

Responsibilities

• Tactical and some strategic planning and budgeting of training programs.
• Collaborate with leadership and operations to deliver learning solutions.
• Lead and develop instructors and contract staff for technical training delivery.
• Hire, place, and develop delivery instructors to meet goals and budgets.
• Schedule and optimize instructor bookings to maximize quality and efficiency.
• Provide curriculum feedback and improvements based on stakeholder input.
• Supervise staff through recruitment, performance management, and recognition.
