Job summary

Airstreams Renewables, Inc. (ARI) seeks Training Specialists/Instructors to deliver and facilitate ARI course curricula in classroom and field settings. You will assess learners, develop manuals and guides, and ensure safety standards are met. Travel may be required to meet program goals and objectives.

You will maintain certifications, conduct retrainings, and support team problem-solving while communicating effectively with staff and students in diverse environments.

Qualifications

• Three years' related instructional experience or a combination thereof.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver license and ability to pass a background/motor vehicle report.
• Legal eligibility to work in the United States.
• Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screen and maintain a drug-free status.

Responsibilities

• Deliver and facilitate ARI approved safety, technical, and skills curriculum using instructional theory and equipment.
• Provide subject matter expertise to design and develop training manuals, facilitator guides and learning tools.
• Perform active learning lessons for troubleshooting mechanical, electrical and safety issues.
• Maintain required training certifications for the position.
• Assess skills during lab/practical evaluations and administer written/electronic assessments.
• Travel as needed to meet company goals and objectives.
• Complete and submit student course paperwork within timelines.
