Job summary

The Timken Company is seeking a part-time Technical Training Specialist to support the Professional Experience Program. You will develop and deliver technical training curricula, collaborating with subject matter experts to ensure accuracy and relevance, and assist in planning apprenticeship initiatives.

Qualified candidates are enrolled in a college/technical program with a minimum GPA of 2.8, and demonstrate strong communication, presentation, and organizational skills in a diverse learning

Qualifications

• Must be enrolled in an accredited college, university, or technical school (undergraduate or relevant post-secondary programs).
• Minimum cumulative GPA of 2.8 or higher is required.
• Ability to commit to the program schedule and comply with safety and confidentiality requirements.
• Proven experience in technical training, instructional design, or related field.
• Strong communication and presentation skills, capable of engaging diverse audiences.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.

We are seeking a dedicated and knowledgeable part-time Technical Training Specialist to join our Timken - Professional Experience Program. This role is crucial in empowering our workforce by developing, delivering, and enhancing technical training programs that support the organization's goals and ensure all team members are equipped with up-to-date skills and knowledge.
