About the Role:

The Technical Training Specialist develops, implements and/or delivers technical training as it relates to the organization's products. This role works with product development teams to update training materials and ensure accuracy and effectiveness of courseware and supporting materials to align with new product releases.

Responsibilities:

1. Devise technical training programs according to requirements
2. Produce training schedules and classroom agenda
3. Determine course content according to workflows and objectives
4. Prepare training material (presentations, worksheets etc.)
5. Design training manuals by identifying and describing information needs
6. Execute training sessions, webinars, workshops etc. in groups or individually
7. Arrange for and conduct on-site training when needed
8. Observe and evaluate results of training programs
9. Determine overall effectiveness of programs and make improvements
10. Evaluate training by assessing effectiveness of training to specific job applications
11. Maintain technical knowledge by attending educational workshops; reviewing publications

Requirements:

1. Proven experience as technical trainer, presenting technical information
2. Knowledge of modern training techniques and tools in technical subjects
3. Experience in designing technical course content
4. Working knowledge in MS Office
5. Presentation Skills - self confidence
6. Ability to travel up to 30%
7. Excellent organizational and time-management abilities
8. Certification such as CTT+ (Certified Technical Trainer) is a strong asset

The salary range provided in this posting is the base salary range for New York: $77,300 - $128,900 USD

The salary range provided in this posting is the base salary range for Colorado: $70,200 - $117,100 USD

The salary range provided in this posting is the base salary range for Illinois: $73,700 - $122,900 USD
