Job summary

Avant Search is seeking a seasoned training specialist to develop and deliver IPC training across ISC facilities. You will lead new hire, refresher, and certification programs for production personnel.

You will deliver IPC-A-610 and IPC-A-620 training and testing, provide 5S/Lean/ESD awareness training, and serve as an IPC/workmanship resource to support quality and non-conformances. Collaborative with Ops/Quality/Eng to identify needs and maintain records.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of IPC experience in manufacturing.
• Strong knowledge of IPC-A-610 and IPC-A-620.
• Experience delivering hands-on production-floor training.
• Hands-on experience with soldering, cable/harness assembly, or PCB inspection.
• Working knowledge of Lean, 5S, ESD, and quality standards.
• Ability to read technical drawings and manufacturing documentation.
• Strong communication, presentation, and training skills.
