Job summary

Cleveland-Cliffs Inc. is seeking a Program Coordinator for Technical Training at Butler Works to manage the Maintenance Apprenticeship Program and Contracting Out administration in a unionized manufacturing setting.

You will support labor-management initiatives, schedule training, monitor apprentice progression, and help develop curriculum and documentation to ensure compliant, efficient operations.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Experience or knowledge of maintenance operations and technical trades.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; strong organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Administer, coordinate, and maintain the Maintenance Apprenticeship Program.
• Coordinate all administrative aspects of the program.
• Monitor apprentice progression and communicate status to management and union leadership.
• Develop, implement, and improve program curriculum, processes, and documentation.
• Track internal proposals, project status, deadlines, and management responses.
• Oversee daily/weekly training and scheduling of the apprentice pool.
