Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; bachelor’s degree plus 5 years related experience also acceptable.
• Proven computer literacy including MS Office and Windows.
• Strong communication and mentoring skills; ability to develop others in field environments.

Responsibilities

• Deliver simulation-based and hands-on training to build complex competencies.
• Assess performance with standardized tools and align learning with business goals.
• Provide technical support to resolve equipment and systems issues.
• Mentor instructors and contribute to competency-based training materials.
• Document results in the LMS and participate in train-the-trainer programs.
