Job summary

Tallgrass MLP Operations, LLC seeks a Coordinator-Training (Finance) to design and deliver technical training across the field, ensuring OQ expectations, initial logins, and PHMSA inspection support. You will work with SMEs, develop curricula, and coordinate DOT Part 192/195 knowledge transfer.

Travel and safety focus required. Requirements include an associate degree in a technical field or five years of related pipeline experience; strong MS Office skills; ability to work with strict deadlines

Qualifications

• Associate degree required; five years of pipeline ops experience can substitute for degree.
• Direct work experience developing and implementing technical training courses and curricula.
• Working knowledge of DOT Part 192/195 in relation to Operator Qualification.
• Commitment to safe work practices and regulatory compliance.
• Ability to read and interpret electrical and mechanical blueprints/diagrams.
• Experience with high-pressure gas systems, processing equipment, pumps, and related components.

Responsibilities

• Design and deliver training evolutions and standardized progression testing across Tallgrass footprint.
• Meet with new hires and introduce OQ expectations per policy.
• Manage initial logins, EWN system familiarity, and training timelines.
• Provide performance evaluations and assist SMEs and evaluators.
• Prepare and support PHMSA inspections.
• Develop curricula to ensure field personnel are trained and qualified.
