Job summary

Tallgrass seeks an experienced supervisor to oversee technical support for crude oil, natural gas, and CO2 pipeline operations, including pumps, valves, and related equipment. This role also supervises multiple operating personnel and drives safety and regulatory compliance.

The position demands strong leadership, budget awareness, and collaboration across locations to ensure safe, reliable, and cost-effective operations. OQ and field training are part of the responsibilities.

Qualifications

• Associate or higher in Engineering, Business or related field.
• 5+ years in technical support for pipeline systems.
• 2+ years in direct people management.
• Knowledge of pipeline operations, measurement, pumps and compressors.
• Proficient with MS Office applications.

Responsibilities

• Manage technical support staff within a geographic region.
• Oversee operation and maintenance of equipment and related assets.
• Schedule repairs, modifications and maintenance tasks.
• Ensure safety programs and regulatory compliance are followed.
• Lead training and development for direct reports.
• Monitor budgets and participate in O&M planning.
