Milwaukee Tool is seeking an Assistant Manager - Technical Training to develop and deliver technical training for repair technicians, technical support teams, and customer service functions. This role builds deep technical and instructional expertise while standardizing training across global service networks.

The position emphasizes delivering instructor-led, virtual, and hands-on training, with collaboration across Engineering, Service, and Quality teams to support product launches and updates.

Qualifications

• Must have experience delivering both classroom and virtual training.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills for technical content.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Learning Management Systems (LMS) required.

Responsibilities

• Deliver technical training programs across instructor-led, virtual, and hands-on formats.
• Develop curriculum including training guides, job aids, and assessment tools.
• Apply knowledge of product systems, diagnostics, and repair procedures.
• Interpret technical schematics, drawings, and service manuals.
• Demonstrate best practices in troubleshooting and repair execution.
• Partner with Engineering, Service, and Quality teams.
• Align training programs with new product launches and existing updates.
• Ensure consistency and standardization across global training efforts.
• Measure training effectiveness using defined metrics and feedback loops.
