Job summary

Intralox in New Orleans, LA is seeking a Technical Trainer to lead delivery of instructor-led customer training across classroom, virtual, and on-site settings. You will work within a global Customer Training team to enhance customer value through effective learning experiences.

You will help design and refine training materials, assess effectiveness, translate customer needs into training requirements, and collaborate with the Training Project Manager to ensure safety and logistics are met.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of teaching or training experience.
• Engineering background or 5+ years of relevant work experience with technical aptitude.

Responsibilities

• Lead and deliver instructor-led customer training in classroom, virtual, and on-site environments.
• Design, develop, and refine technical training materials, including presentations, hands-on activities, digital learning modules, and job aids.
• Assess training effectiveness using learner feedback and outcomes; drive improvements to content and delivery.
