Qualifications

• Active enrollment in a bachelor’s, master’s, or other degree-seeking program at an accredited college or university, with coursework completed.
• Preferred fields include Automotive Technology and Automotive Service Management Technology.
• Minimum two completed semesters with automotive diagnostics, drivability, alternative fuels, and dealership management.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Must reside in Jacksonville, FL area and work on-site at Fixed Operations Training Center.

Responsibilities

• Support delivery of technical training for Southeast Toyota dealer technicians.
• Assist with daily operations of the Technical Training Specialist role.
• Contribute to projects related to Technician Skill Level Guidelines.
