Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Technical education or manufacturer-sponsored training preferred.
• Five years' experience as a manufacturer-specific technician or instructor preferred.
• Ability to design and deliver engaging instructional content.

Responsibilities

• Organize, communicate, and deliver learning objectives in a clear, concise manner through well-paced lessons ensuring appropriate classroom and lab content
• Test and evaluate student performance
• Provide counseling and guidance to at-risk students using proper documentation
• Maintain regular contact with UTI and OEM leadership to coordinate training, staffing, vehicles and equipment
• Support the recruitment and placement of students to MSAT programs
• Deliver prepared curriculum through multimedia techniques
• Supervise students in classroom and labs to ensure participation and motivation
• Facilitate a neat, orderly, controlled and safe environment meeting the OEM brand standards
• Create and deliver periods activity reports
• Maintain fiscal responsibility for travel and course delivery expenses
• Adhere to OEM Travel Policy
• Other duties as assigned
