Job summary

Stryker is seeking an Associate Technical Instructor to deliver training sessions, support students, assess progress, and provide LMS administration assistance for the training program.

The role involves teaching system administration topics, guiding students, evaluating performance with quizzes, and collaborating with instructors, instructional designers, and SMEs to continually improve the program. Working hours span 6am CST to 6pm CST.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or 6+ years of relevant experience in lieu of degree.
• Minimum 2 years of relevant technical training experience.
• Proficiency in operating systems, networking, security, and troubleshooting.
• Proficiency in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.

Responsibilities

• Deliver training sessions on system administration topics.
• Provide guidance and support to students and address questions.
• Evaluate student performance with assessments and feedback.
• Collaborate with instructors, instructional designers, and SMEs to improve the program.
