Job summary

Stryker is seeking an Associate Technical Instructor to deliver engaging training on system administration topics, support students, and assess progress within the training program. You will coordinate with instructors and SMEs, contribute to course improvements, and support LMS administration to ensure smooth operation.

Working hours can be flexible between 6am CST and 6pm CST, with emphasis on clear communication, assessment design, and helping learners achieve certification and job readiness.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent 6+ years of relevant experience.
• Minimum 2 years of technical training experience.
• Proficiency in operating systems, networking, security, and troubleshooting.
• Proficiency in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.

Responsibilities

• Deliver engaging training sessions on system administration topics.
• Provide guidance and support to students to complete coursework.
• Evaluate student performance through assessments and feedback.
• Collaborate with instructors, instructional designers, and SMEs to improve the program.
