You will collaborate with instructors and subject matter experts to continually improve the program and accommodate diverse schedules, including hours between 6am CST and 6pm CST, helping learners succeed in their coursework.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or 6+ years of relevant experience.
• Minimum 2 years of relevant technical training experience.
• Proficiency in operating systems, networking, system security, and troubleshooting.
• Proficiency with Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.

Responsibilities

• Deliver engaging training sessions on system administration topics.
• Provide guidance and support to students to complete coursework.
• Evaluate student performance with assessments and feedback.
