Job summary

Nikon SLM Solutions seeks a Training & Documentation Specialist to develop and continuously improve technical training and documentation for our metal additive manufacturing systems. You will translate complex technical information into clear manuals, SOPs, and learning resources for diverse audiences.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in learning and development or related field.
• 4+ years in technical training, instructional design or documentation.
• Experience creating SOPs, work instructions and training guides.
• Ability to translate complex information into clear training content.
• Experience delivering instructor-led and digital training.
• Strong written and verbal English communication; detail-oriented.

Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and improve technical training programs for employees and service personnel.
• Collaborate with SMEs across Service, Engineering, Applications, Manufacturing, and Quality.
• Create manuals, SOPs, work instructions, and learning materials.
• Design training content for ILT, virtual, e-learning, and hands-on formats.
• Facilitate trainings and ensure documentation standards across the organization.
• Coordinate review, approval, and release of documentation; track training records.
