Job summary

INTEGRITYOne Partners is seeking a Training / Technical Documentation Specialist in the Washington, DC area to develop and maintain training plans, materials and SOPs while coordinating with system updates. Government-approved training will be delivered primarily virtually, with onsite as needed.

You will translate complex technical and business processes into clear user documentation and ensure processes remain auditable and repeatable for government and contractor personnel. U.S.

Qualifications

• 3–6+ years in technical writing, training, or related documentation.
• Bachelor's degree required in communications, instructional design, IT or related field.
• Ability to translate complex processes into clear user documentation.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain program training plans, course materials, user guides and SOPs.
• Assess user training needs and coordinate training with system changes/releases.
• Conduct Government-approved training, primarily virtually.
• Maintain documentation so CSP processes are repeatable and auditable.
