Job summary

Magnetic Inspection Laboratory Inc is expanding its Training team and seeking a Technical Training Specialist to support MIL's safety, quality, turnaround, and continuous improvement standards. The role centers on executing, documenting, and organizing MIL’s training curriculum for all levels of personnel.

The ideal candidate will prepare materials, run sessions, track outcomes, and continuously improve programs. Requires HS diploma, English/Spanish fluency, and MS Office proficiency.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office applications.
• Ability to read, write, and speak English and Spanish.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.

Responsibilities

• Prepare training schedules, agendas, and materials.
• Deliver training sessions in groups or one-on-one.
• Monitor and analyze training results.
• Evaluate program effectiveness and identify improvements.
• Identify learners with growth potential and promote excellence.
• Maintain training records in multiple formats.
• Support and promote MIL’s safety, quality, and continuous improvement culture.
• Interface with production teams across all levels.
