Job DetailsThe Technical Training & Curriculum Specialist is responsible for developing, maintaining, and delivering technical training supporting Department of Defense (DoD) mission systems. This position serves as the program's training subject matter expert (SME), developing comprehensive training plans, instructional materials, and hands-on training that enable both internal engineering personnel and Government customers to effectively operate, administer, and sustain complex software and hardware solutions. The incumbent will work closely with systems engineers, software developers, technical operations personnel, and Government stakeholders to ensure training content remains current with system capabilities, engineering changes, and operational procedures. The position requires exceptional communication and presentation skills, the ability to communicate complex technical concepts to audiences with varying technical backgrounds, and the flexibility to deliver instruction both independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team. This position requires periodic travel to customer locations, engineering facilities, and operational sites within the United States and internationally. Applicants must possess an active DoD Secret security clearance with the ability to obtain and maintain a Top Secret/Sensitive Compartmented Information (TS/SCI) clearance.

Cubic Pay Range$93,000.00 - $109,000.00 + benefits. The Cubic pay range for this job level is a general guideline only and not a guarantee of compensation or salary. Additional factors considered in extending an offer include (but are not limited to) responsibilities of the job, education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities, as well as internal equity, alignment with market data, applicable bargaining agreement (if any), or other law.
