Working closely with engineering, procurement, logistics, cybersecurity, and program management, this position ensures all configuration items remain properly documented, traceable, and compliant with contractual, cybersecurity, and supply chain requirements.

Success in this position requires exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage large volumes of technical data across multiple concurrent projects.

  • Coordinate engineering change documentation and ensure approved changes are reflected within configuration records.
  • Support internal audits, Government inspections, property inventories, and configuration verification activities.
  • Produce recurring reports on asset inventory, licensing compliance, procurement status, hardware lifecycle, and configuration baselines.
  • Assist with development and maintenance of configuration management plans, standard operating procedures, and work instructions.
Required Qualifications

  • Minimum 3 years of experience supporting configuration management, asset management, logistics, procurement, or technical program support.
  • Active DoD Secret Clearance.
  • Demonstrated experience maintaining highly accurate technical documentation and inventory records.
  • Experience managing hardware inventories, software inventories, or enterprise asset databases.
  • Experience working with Microsoft Excel and enterprise asset management tools.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
