Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Three years of work experience with an emphasis on training.
• Knowledge of principles and processes involved in supporting ESH training.

Responsibilities

• Execute all aspects of the training and development program for the NSS contract.
• Plan and coordinate personnel training and staff development programs including leadership, supervisory, and technical training.
• Maintain Training Database and Individual Training Records (Certrak/SATERN/QCARD).
• Ensure all required and compliance training is completed on time.
• Coordinate, implement, and monitor customer-required training.
