Job summary

Chugach Government Solutions is seeking a Training Coordinator to execute all aspects of the NSS contract's training and development program. You will coordinate, plan, and deliver essential training, ensuring safety, compliance, and quality throughout the organization.

You will manage training assignments at MAF/SSC, conduct needs assessments, and prepare materials while staying current on new training technologies. The role requires strong organizational skills and effective communication.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• Three years of work experience with an emphasis on training.
• Knowledge of principles and processes involved in supporting ESH training.
• U.S. Citizen to obtain NASA badge.
• Must provide birth certificate or passport on hire.
• Effective English communication (verbal and written).
• Valid driver’s license.
• Strong organizational and planning skills.
• Good communication and teamwork abilities.
• Ability to follow detailed instructions and work independently.
• Ability to interface with diverse teams in a multi-cultural environment.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a safe workplace and ensure safety is the highest priority.
• Comply with EH&S and QA requirements and provide documentation.
• Manage, conduct, and coordinate training assignments for the NSS contract at MAF/SSC.
• Conduct training needs assessments and surveys.
• Plan and coordinate personnel training and staff development, including leadership and technical training.
• Track training programs and course completions for technical and nontechnical subjects.
• Prepare training materials, slides, and handouts.
• Stay current on new technical innovations in training.
• Utilize software, spreadsheets, databases, and multimedia for delivery.
