A leading biomedical company is seeking a Technical Trainer Coordinator to develop and deliver training programs for staff in the Miami area. This role will involve coordinating training schedules, managing training records, and collaborating with various departments to enhance employee skills and compliance with operational standards.
Description
The Technical Trainer Coordinator is responsible for developing, coordinating, and delivering hands-on and classroom training programs for Operations employees. This role ensures that new hires and existing staff receive the technical instruction needed to perform their duties safely, efficiently, and in compliance with operational standards. The Technical Trainer collaborates closely with Operations, Engineering, and Quality departments to identify skill gaps and design training that aligns with business goals and continuous improvement efforts.

Qualifications
BS degree preferred. Minimum of two (2) years Quality, Regulatory, or biotechnology experience preferred.
Must demonstrate excellent verbal and written communication skills and ability to exercise sound judgment. Ability to problem solve, analyze, and give recommendations. Must be detail oriented and organized. Ability to collaborate with multidisciplinary groups.
Working conditions
On-site work schedule. Some evening and weekend availability may be required.
Physical requirements
While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to sit for prolonged periods of time. The employee may occasionally be required to pull, lift and/or move up to 20 pounds.
