Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related field; equivalent experience considered.
• Minimum 5 years of experience developing or delivering technical training programs.
• Experience with HVAC equipment, refrigeration systems, or mission critical infrastructure preferred.
• Ability to interpret electrical schematics and technical drawings.
• Strong presentation and instructional skills; effective cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage the technical training and certification program for field technicians, sales reps, and partners.
• Establish structured training pathways with foundational, intermediate, and advanced certification levels.
• Design and maintain curriculum including outlines, learning objectives, instructor guides, and student materials.
• Develop hands-on training modules using product equipment, system mockups, and simulation tools.
• Deliver instructor-led training at facilities and in the field.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Product Management, Manufacturing, and Quality teams.
• Develop online and hybrid learning programs for the global service network.
• Create visual training materials including diagrams, videos, and digital learning content.
