Job summary

A global networking leader is seeking a Technical Training Instructor to deliver training courses and enhance partner education for Extreme technologies. The role requires strong networking experience, excellent communication skills, and a passion for helping partners succeed. Responsibilities include teaching deployment and troubleshooting of solutions, updating training materials, and engaging partners effectively. Occasional travel is required, and candidates should be willing to learn instructional techniques and mentor others.

Qualifications

• Background in GTAC, Professional Services, or similar technical role.
• Willingness to travel up to 50 percent.
• Experience with Extreme Networks technologies is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Deliver instructor-led technical training courses.
• Teach partners how to deploy and troubleshoot Extreme solutions.
• Update and improve existing course materials as needed.
• Engage partners in a consultative, approachable manner.
